vintage baby cards {DT work for PaperHaus}

good evening lovely friends!

today’s post is all about cards.

recently i found an amazing vintage line from a dutch manufacturer called MARIANNE design "eline’s romantic baby nursery". i fell in love in an instant with the soft color palette, the amazing vintage design and the cute baby images.

i used the following products on these cards:
MARIANNE design "eline’s romantic baby nursery" paper pad
MARIANNE design 3d cutting sheet nursery 1
MARIANNE design 3d cutting sheet nursery 2
MARIANNE design hearts cutting die
MARIANNE design key cutting die
MARIANNE design brown/beige paper roses
RANGER coffee archival ink pad
TIM HOLTZ “old paper” distress ink

i cut the hearts and the key using the cutting dies and a die cutting machine. then i inked the edges and stamped a text image to give extra depth to my cut outs and make them look more vintage.

i inked the edge of the different paper as well - they always look nicer with a little bit of ink:-)

i hope you enjoyed my baby cards!

i don't know if you noticed, but there is a girl card and a boy card and it is because two of my best friends are expecting a baby - one will be a boy and the other - a girl. and as you can see - i'm already covered:-) now all i need to do is think of nice wishes for the little ones and go and do some baby shopping:-)

thank you for stopping by!

hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
