BEST friends {prima april BAP}

hello bloggers!

another month, another lovely sketch from PRIMA marketing to play with:

here is what i came up with:

on the picture - my little baby THEO with his first EASTER sheep. he got it from his auntie and he was so happy with it, that i had to make100 pictures of both of them:-)

PRIMA marketing products i used on this layout:

  • celebrate with jack and jill paper "celebrate"
  • celebrate with jack and jill celebrations 6 x 6 paper pad
  • jack and jill clear stamp "dream"
  • little darlings lamb embellishments
  • e-line white flowers - PM 300388, PM 300265 (coloured with glimmer mist)
  • mini roses - yellow and blue-green colours
  • whispers {#527617}
  • beige lace

Aren't all of the little darlings embellishments just FABULOUS?! i've got a few, but i never dared to use them:-) up to now!

my PRIMA grown garden:

i coloured the white e-line  flowers with glimmer mist (frost and lime twist). these coloures were just made for the jack and jill paper line. i used some PRIMA mini roses and cute buttons to finish my blossoms.

i stamped, punched, stitched and inked:-) you can see the Martha Stewart edge punch stars and scallop 3 dot. the SWEET PEA embellishment is cut with cricut, i just added a little bit of glitter.

the rub ons are from different manufacturers. the SWEET black journaling circles are from kaiser crafts "basic LOVE". the white words are from cosmo cricket "so PRECIOUS".

thanks for stopping by and looking at my layout!

i'm off to LEGO LAND now for a nice vacation with my family!

hugs 'n smiles,

MME blog challenge 22: april showers...

hello crafty friends!

here is my take on the MME's monthly sketch challenge:

i named it "april showers... make me SMILE":-) because i always smile when i see this picture from willy and theo:-) he was just about 9 months old and she was almost 2 years... she knew exactly how to use water and a bucket:-) and i just love the expression on her sweet face:-)

i used the FABULOUS good day sunshine girl collection.
daytime digits paper - i cut the title letters from this sheet
quite a connection paper - the red and white stripes
up town paper - i made my die cut piece from it and my sun
accessories sheet -  the brownish border comes from it

the umbrella comes from the LOVELY "quite contrary" collection - jack & jill "favourite thing":

i did some stitching, pinching and cutting:-) i used my mod podge dimensional magic and loads of glitter as usual. and rhinestones of course:-) the ones used on the umbrella are coloured with copic ciao cramine (R37) marker.

the cute fish comes from jolees vellum tropical  fish stickers:

thank you for taking the time to look it my creations!

have a HAPPY HAPPY easter everyone!

and keep creating!

by the sea...

good morning, lovely friends:-)

today, i want to share my latest project with you. it is a very SUCCESSFUL making memories - webster's pages combination. i named it "by the sea...":

on the pictures - little ELISE, playing by the sea.

i used the FANTASTIC MM passport die cut paper for the green stamp-like border. i've stitched it to the WONDERFUL webster's pages seaside retreat "a seahorse's legend" paper and i added some hand-coloured lace (the original colour was beige, but you can paint it any colour you like with copic ciao - my personal favourites:-).

i used some of the my FAVOURITE webster's die cut & vellum 6"x6" pack to create the border around ELISE's picture. a lot of fussy cutting, glittering and embossing was involved... as usual:-)

all of my embellishments are hand-made from scraps of paper and stamping, glittering, colouring.

i used the tattered angles seaside clear stamps pack. i coloured the prints with copic ciao, added glitter and cut them to fit my design:

the sub-title is created from one of the webster's pages journaling cards, which i cut and coloured:

and of course, there is no layout of mine without my favourite PRIMA marketing flowers:-) those beauties came from the painterly petals harmony (#524241) pack.

some more close ups of the seahorses:

thanks for looking!

and have a great week everyone!
